I took my 5m old baby here for an ingrown toenail, Dr. Chapman did not explain the extent of the procedure just said ' they will cut the toenail' as nieeve as I was, expected them to cut my childs toenail, no- they proceeded to do a cut and removal of the toenail without any numbing or anesthesia on my baby, her cries were ear numbing!
