Dr. Chan is an excellent urologist. He takes time with you, and explains everything in detail. He is caring, with a great sense of humor. I had an awful experience with the call center/office today. I originally had an appointment on 4/11 with Dr. Chan. Today, March 25th I had a voicemail stating my appointment had to be cancelled, that Dr. Chan was on leave..When I called back, I reached someone in the call center who transferred me to an office manager who told me she could fit me in the schedule on 6/6.
