The doctor was 25 minutes late for the video call and seemed unfamiliar with my medical history, asking basic questions that suggested he hadn't reviewed my records. Considering he is now taking over another doctor's patients, this was surprising. He advised me to follow up with my family physician and return only if necessary, which I found odd given that my TSH levels have not yet stabilized. Overall, his manner felt robotic and impersonal.
First time ever to an endocrinologist. Dr Brackbill is an excellent Dr. I was so impressed by him. Great communication skills.
Dr. Brackbill was very knowledgeable & informative, he took his time to explain everything in great detail and answered every question that I asked him, which as a patient makes you feel very comfortable.
