Andrew and his wonderful staff guided my daughter through a difficult ACL injury. He developed a protocol but his and his staff’s infectious encouragement motivates everyone to work to their personal best.

Andrew Dombek and the AIDPPT staff helped me avoid hip surgery after a tear thanks to their individualized physical therapy plan! I've also been treated with dry needling for migraines and it has really helped! So pleased with the level of service. Their new office in Ashburn includes many new improvements.
