I saw Dr. House today at the Immediate Care in St. John, IN. he was professional, a great listener, thorough, and a wonderful communicator! I came home and told my family about him and we are definitely considering him for our PCP!
My family and I have been seeing Dr. House since January, and we’ve all had such a great experience with him and his nurse, Echo. He really listens, takes his time to explain things, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured into anything. You can tell he genuinely wants to help you find solutions that work for you. I saw Dr. House today for the first time. I just want to say from making the appointment, the staff, and how comparing and compassionate he is - hands down I will recommend him over and over again. Thank you for making my “going to the doctor” anxiety at ease.
My husband, a diabetic who was in icu earlier this year, came back positive for Covid. He called the office to see if they could get him in to be seen or get a rx for Paxlovid and was told by receptionist to basically get bent. They wouldn’t see him in the office or call any rx in! Told him to go to minute clinic or er. WHAT IS THE POINT of being a primary if you just send pts to clinics or er for routine treatment! Absolutely TERRIBLE!
I had my new patient appointment with Dr. House yesterday. I could not be happier. He was thorough, listened, explained things well, and acknowledged the things I’ve been doing to manage my health issues. I really like his office location, and his staff was very friendly. I finally feel that I have a Dr. who will help me manage and improve my health, and who is a Dr. I can trust!
