Showed up at my appointment before 15 min grace period, doctor left and I was not able to receive needed care. Tried to schedule appointment for husband who was a new patient and was rejected because of a one time “no show”. I feel that there was a lack of care and empathy for us as patients. Will not recommend.
He is an amazing doctor and his staff are all great too. He is very nice and actually listens to you and cares.
I saw Dr. House today at the Immediate Care in St. John, IN. he was professional, a great listener, thorough, and a wonderful communicator! I came home and told my family about him and we are definitely considering him for our PCP!
My family and I have been seeing Dr. House since January, and we’ve all had such a great experience with him and his nurse, Echo. He really listens, takes his time to explain things, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured into anything. You can tell he genuinely wants to help you find solutions that work for you.
