Andrew and his team did a fantastic job in selling our house. The market had cooled off a bit at end of year, but Andrew worked hard holding several open houses and made sure our home got its share of showings. Once a solid offer came in, Andrew really stepped it up by getting us the numbers, helped us craft a solid counter and worked tirelessly during all aspects of the closing process. We are very happy with the outcome and am happy to strongly recommend Andrew for any realtor needs, be it selling or buying.

We worked with Andrew in selling our home he was very professional and thorough thru the whole process! We received an offer within 2 days of listing due to his great effort in promoting it!
