When I first met Dr Smith I had been in pain for 6 mos after a fall. I couldn't walk and had to use crutches given to me at the ER. The ER Dr said with only an exam and an x-ray that I most likely had a sprained MCL and a torn meniscus. When I met Dr Smith in his office he looked me over and tried to manipulate my leg and said that I didn't need to use the crutches. Shocked, I said I can't walk without them. Dr Smith was friendly and professional he provided me with an explanation of the X-ray and made a referral to Dr Dwyer for knee replacement surgery I was seen by Dr Smith quickly he and the staff were very efficient. It was a positive experience
