I moved to a new state, had paperwork sent over to Dr. Miller. It's been 3 weeks. I've called numerous times. He has yet to send over the paperwork that I need. It does not take THREE+ weeks to send over some paperwork! I NEED that paperwork! I'm freaking struggling over here! 😠 And let me add 95% of the time, my phone calls get ignored so I have to leave a message and they are awful about getting back to me. It's been almost two years. This provider and his staff were amazing; very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to navigate through the paperwork needed for my infusion and took care of it. Usually with most providers, the authorization/referral is always a big issue and causes me lots of stress. They took care of me and all went smooth. Dr. Millers staff is very unkind not friendly, Nor are they accountable for any of their actions. Rude is to put it mildly. I would like to see someone else who is a bit more Knowledgeable of other people’s experiences
Dr Andrew Miller was extremely rude the second he walked in the room. He didn't even take the time to look at my medical records before my visit. I begged for his help with a possible autoimmune disease and he flat out refused to help me and turned me away. I will never visit sentara rheumatology again.
