Dr. Hwang was excellent with my son during his procedure. He came across as very knowledgeable and confident in his diagnosis, giving my wife and I comfort that we were in good hands. The office staff was very friendly and Dr. Hwang’s insistence on reaching out was a reassuring touch that he would be available at any time.
Dr. Hwang is kind, and very good at what he does. He cares about his work, the outcome, and patients. He answers all questions and is patient. He doesn’t rush through or make you, or your child, feel like a number. We had both of our son’s circumcisions with Dr. Hwang and couldn’t be happier. Dr Hwang is so responsive and easy to communicate with. He took great care of my baby during his circumcision and made himself extremely available for any questions I had during the healing process.
Dr. Hwang and the front office assistant Carolyn, are awesome. Dr. Hwang answered all my questions and explained everything in lame terms. I was thankful to be able to understand. It made me feel better about our decision. We waited for my son to gain some weight before starting the procedure. Procedure day came, and it went seamlessly.
