Dr Hwang is so responsive and easy to communicate with. He took great care of my baby during his circumcision and made himself extremely available for any questions I had during the healing process.
Dr. Hwang and the front office assistant Carolyn, are awesome. Dr. Hwang answered all my questions and explained everything in lame terms. I was thankful to be able to understand. It made me feel better about our decision. We waited for my son to gain some weight before starting the procedure. Procedure day came, and it went seamlessly. Im very happy with Dr. Hwang. He was kind and thorough. Communicating with the office via text is very fast and effective.
All I did was call to ask a general question and the receptionist answered with a rude tone “is there any way you can just send us a text message? We’re all at lunch right now” … how am I supposed to know you’re all at lunch and why you answer the phone then? That right there makes me not want to work with them. How can you have such an unprofessional way of contact for a Dr’s office that prefers you to text over normal phone calls? And having a rude receptionist is all it takes to defer possible customers. Dr. Hwang was very friendly. I was extremely nervous about my 5-year-old seeing a urologist, but it was all fine. All good vibes from Dr. Hwang. His office was busy, but he must book just right because the wait was not bad at all. Carolyn, up front, was so kind and thoughtful. She really was a great receptionist!
