Communication is quick and attentive. After surgery communication, questions about care, this doctor is amazing, he responds extremely prompt. His nature is so caring and gentle. Highly recommend. Also, his staff who bills and deals with insurance is great and willing to work with you and insurance to check and double check payments are correct. I couldn't have had a more professional experience than this office.
He did a great job on circumcision of my baby today. Also fast scheduling and kind doctor.
Dr. Hwang was excellent with my son during his procedure. He came across as very knowledgeable and confident in his diagnosis, giving my wife and I comfort that we were in good hands. The office staff was very friendly and Dr. Hwang’s insistence on reaching out was a reassuring touch that he would be available at any time.
Dr. Hwang is kind, and very good at what he does. He cares about his work, the outcome, and patients. He answers all questions and is patient. He doesn’t rush through or make you, or your child, feel like a number. We had both of our son’s circumcisions with Dr. Hwang and couldn’t be happier. Dr Hwang is so responsive and easy to communicate with. He took great care of my baby during his circumcision and made himself extremely available for any questions I had during the healing process.
