I would not see this doctor again if my life depended on it… Very rude, unprofessional, likes to coerce patience into doing what he wants and does not care about any other viewpoints or opinions other than his own. Very poor customer service— highly do not recommend!!
I would not recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone. The waiting in the office was bad. I was waiting close to an hour after appointment time just to get in the room. He was rude on several different occasions. The last time I saw him, he told me I needed a second opinion and go on Google and look at reviews of other doctors with the specialty and pick one that way. The office staff was nice and understanding.
Worst experience ever. He was very rude & dismissive. Probably cause of my insurance. I'm curious to know the others hes been rude too and what they have. As soon as he walked in as I was explaining to nurse he looked "upset" he even had to deal with another patient or "medicaid" patient. Smh. He blamed everything on lupus which has nothing to do with my toe & what was going on. Asked me "Why am I there & what did I expect him to do about it?"..Idk, maybe your job? ..smh.
