I would not recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone. The waiting in the office was bad. I was waiting close to an hour after appointment time just to get in the room. He was rude on several different occasions. The last time I saw him, he told me I needed a second opinion and go on Google and look at reviews of other doctors with the specialty and pick one that way. The office staff was nice and understanding.
Worst experience ever. He was very rude & dismissive. Probably cause of my insurance. I'm curious to know the others hes been rude too and what they have. As soon as he walked in as I was explaining to nurse he looked "upset" he even had to deal with another patient or "medicaid" patient. Smh. He blamed everything on lupus which has nothing to do with my toe & what was going on. Asked me "Why am I there & what did I expect him to do about it?"..Idk, maybe your job? ..smh. Zero compassion. Intimidating. Find a different doctor.
ridiculous wait time. i had a 1230 appointment, first one after their lunch break, i was told. apparently they schedule numerous appointments right after lunch. all at the same time. after waiting for an hour and a half, i was finally seen. i had a follow up question regarding my others foot and was told i had to make another appointment because of time restraints.
I had to wait a bit to see him, but after my foot surgery in 2008, I never had a bunion issue anymore. The surgery was easy and I never felt pain during and after surgery. I would see this doctor again in a heartbeat.
