My highest respect going to mortgage broker Andrew Greenwood. Andrew helped to steer us in the direction needed to get a mortgage. We were working with Andrew and due to my wife's and my negligence (totally our fault), we came under a time constraint. Both my wife and I were feeling very anxious and worried. Andrew guided us through the many steps in purchasing a home. He answered all questions and provided advice and clarity to make the process as stress free as possible. Andrew works with his clients as if they are friends, he is always willing to help and is very understanding of the stress that can arise with this type of transaction. I will be recommending Andrew to anyone planning on purchasing a home.

Andrew was very helpful when I had a panic situation with a lapsing mortgage. He responded very quickly, took time to fully understand my situation, and did not rush. I would suggest Andrew to anyone needing a new mortgage, or any advice.
