More than just a realtor. Let me start with, I usually don't complete "rate your experience" requests, but Andrew has gone above & beyond yet again. This was my 2nd time utilizing Andrew's services to sell my property and as challenging as my situation was this time, he made it seem effortless. Professional, knowledgeable and personal. . Andrew is thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful. We toured a number of houses and he was always able to point out the positives and potential issues with the houses before any inspection was done. He was very responsive. I wouldn't make a real estate move without him in my corner.
Neighborhood experience and attention to detail led to a quick sale. Before a major remodel Andrew evaluated our bungalow and gave advice on upgrades and changes to get a more profitable sale. After our remodel Andrew suggested the best ways to present the home for sale, and helped us prepare. He also recommended a plumber to address an issue.
