Professional, knowledgeable and personal. . Andrew is thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful. We toured a number of houses and he was always able to point out the positives and potential issues with the houses before any inspection was done. He was very responsive. I wouldn't make a real estate move without him in my corner.
Neighborhood experience and attention to detail led to a quick sale. Before a major remodel Andrew evaluated our bungalow and gave advice on upgrades and changes to get a more profitable sale. After our remodel Andrew suggested the best ways to present the home for sale, and helped us prepare. He also recommended a plumber to address an issue. Smooth and fast sailing!!! I picked Andrew as my realty agent since I knew he specialized in transactions in the target neighborhood. Now that everything is done I'm a very happy seller - CLOSED!!!
