Dr Ferris treated my wife 2 years ago, so we knew who I needed to see when I began having knee problems. Both Dr Ferris and PA Turner are Very knowledgeable and detailed explaining the answering questions, and tests confirmed his diagnosis. Because of a blood clot risk he worked me into his next surgery day, everyone (surgery center and his office were great! The experience couldn't have been any better, I was walking and back at work in 3 days and zero pain or problems 3 weeks later.
I couldn't speak higher of Dr. Ferris. He made my 8 year old daughter feel at ease. She broke her arm twice and he was great both times. She would get excited about getting to go see him. I would recommend him without hesitation anytime.
Very arrogant, rude, acts like it is your fault you have the problem you have. Just all around the rudest doctor I've ever had to be seen by!!! Wouldn't recommend for injury with workman's comp. Now PA Turner was awesome she took more time with me she was very easy to talk to. I liked her better than the rude doctor himself!
Excellent inter-personal skills. Operated on both my knees. Great follow up. Wouldn't go to anyone else.
Personalized care you don't see with many doctors these days. Excellent surgeon with people-skills.
First time went just ok. Second visit I was told after I had been sitting in waiting area for over 20 min. that I was late for my appointment and that Dr. Ferris would not see me. I was 20 min. early for the time I thought and had wrote down for appt. Third visit I was over 20 min. early and sit for 15 min. before being called to desk and being told to sit on other side. I did and after 35 more min. I still had not been called back to see him. Although the room had cleared out 2 times so I left.
