He was the first doctor to ever explain everything to me in detail. I was a mess when I entered his office but Dr. Harrell and his assistants made me feel so much better with their comforting words of encouragement. Before my procedure, he came in, offered more encouragement and offered to pray for me. I will never forget him or his staff. Dr Harrell provided excellent care and his bedside manner was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail.
Why are there doctors like this man. I remember the days when there were doctors that really cared. They was very professional and had integrity.
If any surgery can be a good experience, this was the best experience I have had with Dr. Harrell. Concerned, informative.
