I began to have my wages garnished from a collector that I had no idea existed. Was a collector from 10 years back. After going to the court system and trying to contact the collector I got no where. Andrew Fritz is one of the worst attorneys. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!! I received a traffic citation and hired this attorney to have the amount reduced, no points off DL and no guilty plea. What does this attorney do in court? He has the option to plea: 1) guilty 2) no contest 3) not guilty. He pleas GUILTY!!!! WTF! I could have walked in the court and have done a better job defending myself. I now have to pay a fine that the judge was going to reduce the fine had I walked into court.
