Dr. Flum & nurse Valerie are both very good very patient oriented! We love Valerie's big smile, friendly & can't forget her big hugs! Dr. Flum always explains things where we understand & never seems rushed! I know my husband is in good hands with them! We would rate Dr. FLUM beyond a 5 if we could! He is always on top of things! Very patient, very informative & very caring! Office staff is also very easy to work with & friendly! Thank you KCUC!!
