I was sent here by my doctor because of a shoulder injury. From here they told me I needed an MRI. So I got that done. After not hearing back for almost a month, I called to find out why. I was told that they don't follow up. It was up to me to call them. And the lady I spoke with did not seem to care whether I came back or not. This is not right. But when I first came to this office, I was asked three times about my insurance and my ability to pay, before they even asked what I was there for. I would like to think this was ... read more
Great staff working there always helpful and they answer the phone right away and a solid orthopedic doctor Erwteman who really cares about his patients he is a good skilled dr and had great bedside manner as well .
The receptionists and managers are extremely rude. They don’t acknowledge or take responsibility for their mistakes. After my surgery, they send the wrong fax 3 times to the clinic to request an MRI. They were faxing something else instead of the referral needed. I couldn’t schedule my MRI for 2 weeks and I was in excruciating pain. Without an MRI, I couldn’t schedule an appointment and they wouldn’t let me speak with Dr. E.. When they figured it was their fault, I complained to the manager.
