Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
