Dr. Deck is amazing. He really takes his time understanding all your concerns and explains things thoroughly, and simply. . He is really friendly and seems to be and all-around great guy as well as a great doctor.
Dr Deck is very good, patient and explains issues that are easy to understand. Annika his assistant is absolutely awful, does not listen, not helpful, and will not return phone calls. Unfortunately every communication to Dr Deck needs to go thru Annika. Due to this issue my rating is poor because she is a road block.
Dr. Deck was instrumental in finding me the best out and surgeon for what I was dealing with. Great bed side manner and speaks in language you can understand. I highly recommend him.
Very easy to talk with. He's calm and does not rush. Answers questions and made sure I understood what he was telling me.
