I've been going to Dr. Factor for over 7 years and he has always been caring and helpful. He is always prompt and I've really never had to wait for him at my appointments. He is on time, some Doctors make you wait 20-45 mins in the waiting room even when you have an appointment. Scheduling to see him is pretty good also. I would recommend him.
Dr Factor is a great doctor, who really takes time to listen and addresses all your needs and concerns.
I have not been this upset in a very long time. I contacted Sutter throughout the day yesterday only to keep being told their systems were down. This morning I wake up early to finally try and book an appointment, tte machine places me on hold continuously stating that I will speak to the next available person shortly. Incredibly caring, resourceful and helpful.
Awesome Doctor!! Dr. Factor has been my Dad's doctor for a couple years now and he truly cares and takes time. He really knows geriatric medicine and he makes sure my Dad is involved in the conversation about his health.
