I saw Dr. Beros regarding persistently swollen lymph nodes after undergoing two ultrasounds and a CT scan. The entire appointment lasted roughly 10 minutes, about five of which were spent performing a quick nasal endoscopy. The rest of the appointment felt extremely rushed. I was told that everything looked fine, but I was given little to no explanation as to why my lymph nodes had remained significantly swollen for more than six months. I wish I had read reviews before making the appointment. First thing he said was “I’m a surgeon, why did you want to see me?” I just wanted to see an ENT. He rushed through the visit, quick nasal endoscopy, said everything looked fine and left after about 5 minutes. My out of pocket cost was $1181! He had split that procedure into 2 billing codes plus a 45 minute office visit. His office said that it could’ve taken him 40 minutes to document after the visit and that the codes he billed are valid. Just because they’re valid c... read more
3 min late to my appointment and the dr refused to see me. After reading the other reviews it’s apparent that Dr Beros punishes patients for not being early.
After waiting two months for an appointment with Dr. Andrew Beros, I arrived at his office on 11/24/2025 for my 10:30 AM appointment. I checked in at 10:20 AM, paid my copay, and was physically placed in the exam room at 10:30 AM, my scheduled appointment time. Despite this, a nurse came in and informed me that Dr. Andrew Beros would not see me because I had not arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment.
