After waiting two months for an appointment with Dr. Andrew Beros, I arrived at his office on 11/24/2025 for my 10:30 AM appointment. I checked in at 10:20 AM, paid my copay, and was physically placed in the exam room at 10:30 AM, my scheduled appointment time. Despite this, a nurse came in and informed me that Dr. Andrew Beros would not see me because I had not arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment. Held off for years doing surfers ear surgery. My primary physician suggested I at least have a consult with Dr Beros. So incredibly happy I did. Walked through the process. I signed up and everything went perfectly as planned. Great experience from consultation to post op visit. Thank you to Dr Beros and his team.

Had an appointment with this Dr at 940am. Drove 1 hour, first appointment. Arrived 10 min late and he did not see me. If you have a 0 min late policy please publish it or do tell your patients before we drive there. He said he had only 20 min per patient and he could not see me even in the 10 min left.

Dr Beros performed surfer's ear surgery on my right ear and I couldn't be more happy with the result. His consultative approach allowed me to ask questions and he ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He's surrounded himself with a great team and his years of experience put me right at ease. I highly recommend Dr Beros if you are considering having surfers ear surgery.

I would give 0 to this fool. I went to Dr. Beros after seeing Bergeron about my hearing in my left ear and how it was getting worse. Bergeron told me his life story of stealing cars in the Bronx to put himself through college then told me I needed hearing aids. Beros told me I had the worse sinus infection he’d ever seen. I know what a sinus infection feels like and I did not have one. They received the wrong persons MRI of sinuses and told me it was mine. He then told me I needed immediate surgery. Missed diagnoses.
