Avoid. Sarah Jane may be grateful that Dr. Chi did not show. We wish that he hadn't shown. In Jan. 2025, Dr. Chi was 'called in' by 'hospital' to insert a 2nd catheter for a heart surgery patient. He complained about being called into the hospital. (A colleague of his suggested that he never be called in again with that attitude.) Catheter issues: leakage & blood in urine, but somehow never talked or saw Chi again. Why wasn't catheter removed & another urine collection ststem employed? Avoid at all cost. This guy is a joke.
I had a scheduled procedure with Dr. Chi at St.Agnes hospital and not only did he fail to throughly explain to me the procedure he did not even bother to show up to it. I was in the OR completely prepped and ready to go and I refused to sign my consent forms until he explained to me the procedure in detail and about 10 min till my procedure time a nurse came in and let me know that he was not there he was going to be 3 hours late.
