Great doctor, very pleasant and personable. Did not rush me. In fact, gave me the opportunity to raise other issues. I’m delighted I got to meet him today, and will be sure to keep him in my list!
I had a very disappointing and painful experience during my recent visit to John Muir Health with Dr Andrew Cheung (San Ramon). The doctor I saw was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. I came in while experiencing significant pain, hoping to receive care and compassion. Instead, I was met with rudeness and constant arguing. No respect for patients. No phone calls when he cancels appointments. I drove for 1h to the dr’s office for nothing.
Dr Cheung is great! Answers all questions thoroughly and is very patient. He doesn't rush you out of the office like a lot of other doctors i've seen in the past. I would highly suggest him as your primary.
