I met Dr Castro in the hospital - he was patient, he listened to me, really listened. He had a calm and kind demeanor - just what you need when you are in frantic intractable pain and frightened.
Kind experienced conservative listens.
I was referred to this office. They called me to schedule an appointment when I got to the appointment it turns out they did not take my insurance. They should’ve checked that before scheduling the appointment. Very upset and disappointed that I had to take time off of work to come all the way to their office.
