Dr. Rungta has done my colonoscopy’s for many years. He and the staff are efficient and caring. All preop information is clearly explained.
When it comes to a doctor, I need one who is a very good communicator. A doctor who allows me to speak and describe my issues. A doctor who will probe until she-he understands what I'm trying to communicate. A doctor who will explain things to me in terms I can understand. A doctor who discusses options, and does not 'force feed' me on a program. A doctor who is not frown-faced serious all the time, but who actually shows signs of having a good sense of humor. Dr. Nelson was not rushed and explained why I can still wait and have my colonoscopy for the five year period. We discussed my medicine for colon issues and recommended that it was ok to take more than one pill if I needed it.He answered each question I posed in a compassionate manner.
Terrible ,poor communication and have been trying to get my records transferred for over a week. I am bleeding internally and my sense of urgency is very high . I was told that my records are being transferred in 3 days
Dr. Rungta was very receptive and mildly surprised with my description of the reason why I was there.. All in all a good visit.

Thorough scope as minimally needed. Facility was excellent. Follow up in a reasonable time and accommodate a quick visit as well as televisit during Covid.
I was fortunate to find Dr Altug about 15 yrs ago and she has been awesome. She helped me find some issues that needed addressing. She’s personable and attentive and I feel like she really knows me as a person, not just a patient.
