Dr McGregor is an EXTRAORDINARY doctor. I’ve been a patient of his for some 5-6 years now. However there is a problem. Her name is RENA. I’ve had a few run ins with her in the past few months. Seems she thinks she is the doctor making decisions that are above her pay grade. This time she has overstepped her bounds. She took it upon herself to cut my catheter usage by more than half WITHOUT CONSULTING the doctor. This would be devastating for me since I’m taking a water pill and urinating a lot more than usual.
