I became a patient of Dr Chen when I moved to New York (many years ago) and it has been the best decision I made. Dr Chen is an expert in his field, highly knowledgeable, kind, and open-minded (willing to listen to patients' concerns). He always makes time for patients if needed and availability has never been issue. Dr Chen genuinely cares for his patients and I can wholeheartedly recommend him (he changed my life for the better).
