They clearly care about customer satisfaction and it shows.
In the beginning I wasn’t familiar with how this would go or when to contact anyone. Although I felt communication was slow at times Mr Andrew and Eden let me know a case would be heard on a specific date. In order to prepare that we would meet once a week for 4 weeks where he showed compassion and understanding. He answered questions and set us up for success. I’m grateful for their hard work regarding my case. Thank you both for all the help.
