Andy and I have been working together for years on a business level. He has always turned my projects in a reasonable time providing excellent service. Recently I injured my finger and had to have my wedding ring of 25 years removed in ER. When I got home I knew exactly who to contact. I sent my ring from WI up to Andy to have it resized. Upon inspection he informed me my center diamond prongs needed to be replaced which is reasonable after 25 years of heavy wear and tear. I approved to have that done.
