I saw Dr. Bishop as my PCP until 2019. I stopped going to him after he refused to test me for hypothyroidism, and misdiagnosed my sore throats. I asked to have several thyroid levels tested (T3, Reverse T3, T4, antibodies, etc.) because I had all the symptoms of hypothyroidism and a family history of it. He said that he only tests patients for those levels when they have thyroid storm which would be obvious. It'd be nice if you would just listen to what my concerns are. And address everything and why he would send me an nausea medication. When you have a viral infection, and didn't send any other prescription.
