Dr. Barfell and his staff at CEI are absolutely top notch. They treat each patient as though they are the only patient. They are never rushed. The exams I've received are the most thorough I've ever had and each of the staff have been pleasant and caring.
After meeting with Dr Barfell, June 9, need cataract surgery, am taking chemo treatments, back up with scheduling for other patients surgery,was there for at least 4hrs from appt time, to tired to wait, dont have the strength to wait to schedule when 2- 3 other patients ahead of me, day after trying to schedule with Dr Barfell's, surgery coordinator leaving 2 messages, have not received any response back, have to know to schedule surgery on my eye, plus schedule chemo txs between them, very frustrating
