Very happy and pleased with the whole experience. We found the Active Ice cooler by Polar was a huge help.
This is my second partial knee replacement with Dr. Wickline. While the first knee surgery recovery and end result was great, this time was an even easier recovery.and less pain and swelling. The Breg machine with the compression with ice was so helpful, as I had very little swelling and pain under control without narcotics.

I had my right hip done 6 years ago using the posterior approach. My left hip was just done by Dr Wickline using the Anterior approach. In this approach I healed faster, had less pain, walked right after surgery and overall, felt fantastic especially by week 6. The posterior approach took so long to heal, to walk without pain and to return to my normal activities.
Was very skeptical when I heard of the swiftpath method. After this experience, I know without a doubt that had I done anything else, there's no way I'd be where I am today. I am so pleased. The book was my bible....it explained everything I needed to hear and know. I recommend this way of surgery to anyone that asks. Dr. Wickline, Staff and Apex Surgery Center are amazing!
