Dr. Cheong and his staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have been going to him since he took over and have never had any problems
Best dentist I've ever visited always super fast with the service and makes you feel welcomed. Haven't felt any type of pain, even when he removed my wisdom teeth and done my feelings. Super gentle man always wants you yo feel comfortable with what he is gonna do.
Dr. Cheong is a knowledgeable and caring Dr who is great at what he does. Staff/Dr is upfront with what insurance covers and what I would be paying out of pocket.
BEEVERY AWARE!!!!! I asked them to pre qualify my insurance and they told me I would owe 186.00 after insurance which I paid. Now I have a bill for 300.00 on top of the amount I already paid. and they say oh well that's because we aren't on the insurance companies list. They had to have known this prior to telling me my insurance approved the work. I wish they had been honest up front. I got bamboozled!!!! I am pretty sure this is a normal practice for this DDS. I noticed a black spot my tooth a few days ago, in a haste I looked up dentists near me and picked one that had good ratings. However my experience was less than stellar. I had x rays of the area and my mouth checked, was told it was just a filling. The pictures they showed me all failed to show the black spot that I kept referring too. After about 2 minutes of being checked I was told that I needed to replace 2 fillings and pull out my wisdom tooth.
