Even though he is no longer serving here, he was kind and patient with me. Very flexible, worked with me when it came to my care plan. The next set of patients he gets will be very lucky! I will miss you Dr. Aubin.
I wouldn’t know if the doctor is great or not because I never got to meet him. I was scheduled over two months ago for an appointment. I found out the week of that not only was it canceled, he isn’t even accepting new patients! Based on the other review, they weren’t taking new patients when I was scheduled in the first place. What was the point in making me think I had an MD when, in fact, I did not?? I t took me months to get the appointment. I get there and they inform me thar my appointnent was cancled. They claim that they tried call me and tell me. Their automated system actually confirmed the appointment twice in the last week. The receptionist was classic fake smiles friendly while being condescending , rolling her eyes, not apologizing and acting like I had no reason to be upset.
