And made a written promise (paper copy of their credo) to look at any issues that could be a builders mistake within the first 10 years ( I have the paperwork). Our house is 4 years old there is a long exterior crack that appeared after 4 years in the front of the house! they refuse to look at it to determine if it is their mistake.
