Drew Smits represented our company for a very lengthy case. There were times we wanted to give up, but Drew was persistent and confident we would prevail (and did!). Drew is extremely articulate and knows his law. At every roadblock that was thrown up, and there were many by the opposition, he prevailed in argument. My husband and I hired Mr. Smits to pursue civil litigation on our behalf. He took the matter to trial and WON! During the course of the case, he regularly communicated the status of the case and his attorney fees were reasonable. Although litigation is stressful, Mr. Smits made the experience as easy as it could be under the circumstances. He is an excellent attorney.

I had the worst experience with this attorney in my life. We had a simple case involving no more than 25,000 dollars. by the time he was done he charged us over 65,000 dollars in fees. We paid 25,000 dollars in fees and for the rest of the money he put a lien on our house. This attorney is the guy who gives the profession a bad name.
