She took her time to answer all my questions clearly and made everything simple and stress-free. SUPER SLOW, NOT SUPPORT the customer at all. NO coordination, lack of communication, our insurance was expired and told us HAVE TO CALL them ourselve??? Tried to send an email, no one reply, no one catch up on the expired, they did not even say us about the calling policy, they just let us like that until they will charge us $37 extra for not calling to cancel.
