This man cares far more about his numbers then he does about his patients. He was Impossible to reach despite many calls while my dad was dieing from anal cancer, despite being my dad's primary colorectal surgeon. Dr. Shelton was very personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. After a colonoscopy confirming a mass I was referred to his team. He went over all of my tests and biopsy results, explained what steps needed to be taken, and made sure all my questions were answered. I am ever so thankful that he was able to add me to his surgery schedule so quickly, and because of it I was able to get the necessary treatment for colon cancer as early as possible.
