Easy 5 stars! Dr. Randolph and his wife helped me in a desperate time of need. I've been to a lot of chiropractors, and he gives great adjustments! They are both knowledgeable about functional medicine. I'm so grateful they're in Orland. 100% worth the drive!
Had intense pain in lower back for a week went in to the Dr. got a full treatment and walked out with zero pain
I was in a good amount of pain when I went in to Black Butte Chiropractic in Orland. I carry my baby on one hip and my back was spasming every time I twisted or sat up. Within a matter or minutes, Dr. Randolph had identified the problem, explained it, answered all my questions, and fixed it. He's one of those people who really listens and cares. I was visiting out of town and had an emergency. I could barely stand up straight, let alone even walk. I called Dr. Randolph and left a message explaining the situation and if he could possibly fit me, a new patient, into his schedule for the day. He called me back a few minutes later and was able to fit me in between scheduled patients. During my exam he was very thorough and explained everything very well.
