The waiting time is horrible. You wait more than 2 hours to see the Dr. you seat in the waiting room and they call one person every two hours. The front desk staff is nice. People get mad at the staffs but it’s not their fault that the only Dr takes take for ever with one patience.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr Perez. On my first appointment, I was having a hard time finding his office because it's all the way in the back of Heritage Park on Oak Street in Kissimmee. I called to say I had arrived and that I was having a hard time finding the office. The woman said in an irritated voice, "we're in the back" I said once I can't go anymore do I go left, said "I don't know I'm not there!
