When dealing with people in fragile mental states, you need to have people who work for you to have compassion. Not the case here. The woman at the desk made my husband cry, and when I tried to tell her to have some sympathy, she hung up on me. They don’t seem to understand that they are dealing with human beings who have intense emotions. Will never be coming here again, and will find a doctor with a caring staff.
One of the most attentive and caring doctor you can sit down with. Very concerned with your problems and lots of empathy.
