Absolutely worst doctor ever!!! I had 3 steroid injections & planters fasciitis laser surgery 3 months ago and now I'm in excruciating pain! My foot is worse than before. The office is chaotic! Over an 1 1/2 hour wait everytime. Dr Perez never communicated my conditions or showed me my x-rays. He told me I had planters fasciitis, only to find out later that wasn't all. When I asked the front desk for a copy of my records she told me I needed to pay for them. I also asked them to fax them to my primary care doctor and the rec... read more
