I get seen at the east location and the receptionist are very rude always have an attitude .The pediatricians are very good and the assistant but its the receptionist they should really consider working somewhere else

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Waited over 2 hours until my baby was absolutely inconsolable and frustrated. Additionally, nobody greeted us when we walked in. The two people at the front desk didn't lift their heads to say anything till i asked where do i sign in. After waiting in wait room for a long time, we waited in an exam room even longer with no body coming in to update us. Finally when i asked for a estimated time my baby would be seen, we were told it would be just a moment longer, but we still waited much muc... read more
Best pediatrician hands down! Wouldn't trust my children to anyone else. Highly recommend!
