All staff, and nurse practitioners are super nice and professional except the front desk assistant checking people out. We went last week and she was very rude and condescending. It is not the first time with us but I have also witnessed it with other people. I went to change my child in the restroom and went to ask if I had been called since I had to step away and she said "I had already called you" in a very rude way. Dr B is awesome as well as his Nurse Practitioners. We always have a pleasant experience. Staff is helpful and friendly We miss seeing Ms Lorraine but Ms Monica is always available sweet and professional Thank you for your care 🩷
We've been with Dr. Boadella for 2 years now and we just love it. Now that they're doing the after hours sick visits its just amazing!! We hate going to pediatric night clinics because they don't know our kids like they do so this just works great for us. My son and I just LOVE Dr. Lori !! She is the best , she listens to our concerns , she is never in a hurry when checking my son and she won't leave the room until she makes sure she answers all of our questions.
