Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Waited over 2 hours until my baby was absolutely inconsolable and frustrated. Additionally, nobody greeted us when we walked in. The two people at the front desk didn't lift their heads to say anything till i asked where do i sign in. After waiting in wait room for a long time, we waited in an exam room even longer with no body coming in to update us. All staff, and nurse practitioners are super nice and professional except the front desk assistant checking people out. We went last week and she was very rude and condescending. It is not the first time with us but I have also witnessed it with other people. I went to change my child in the restroom and went to ask if I had been called since I had to step away and she said "I had already called you" in a very rude way. Dr B is awesome as well as his Nurse Practitioners. We always have a pleasant experience. Staff is helpful and friendly We miss seeing Ms Lorraine but Ms Monica is always available sweet and professional Thank you for your care 🩷
