Terrific French Inspired Restaurant in Carmel-By-The-Sea This is a really terrific upscale restaurant in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea. We were with a large group and were placed in a separate wine room where we savored a delicious meal accompanied by first-class wines. Great upscale restaurant.
