Didn't keep up on the medicine my mom needed would rate it zero if I could also kept making appointments we never discussed or agreed on and for context it's diabetic medicine so it's kind of important for her to be kept up on it
A very terrible experience with this organization I've been in pain for several months. There are constantly making appointments that I didn't make and then saying I missed the original appointment. I've been asking for a referral, but that was three months ago. I am an unbelievable pain went to the emergency room and they're telling me that I need a referral to get the birth control removed. Sigh, so now I have to switch doctors and wait additional time. While maintaining a family being in chronic pain
