Friendly and timely service
Very responsive and solid execution of a condo deep cleaning.
I found them to be very thorough and accommodating.
She seemed very preoccupied during the time she was supposed to be cleaning my house. Not as thorough of a job as I was hoping for, mostly due to her taking a lot of phone calls and getting distracted.
We should have had an estimate completed ahead of the work. But we had a short time frame to get the house cleaned. Based on informal estimates from others who have used the service, we thought we knew what we would pay. But we ended up paying much more than expected. Can't blame Andreea, we should have taken the time to get the estimate and negotiate if we weren't happy.
They did a good job, but price changed at last time not as discussed from beginning.

We requested a very through deep cleaning and had our apartment professional cleaned in over 1year,A1CHICAGO CLEANING did a great job cleaning the baseboards floors windows sills and my place looked fantastic .They exceed our expectations and met our 3 requirements good fast and inexpensive .
