I would give no stars if that was an option. My father had an appointment with Dr. Andreas Schoeck last week. My sister and father were waiting for a very long time. My sister stepped into the hallway to inquire. She overheard Doctor Schoeck say, “now I have to see this 92 year old patient named xxxx. There’s nothing I can do for him and he probably doesn’t even know where he is.” My sister confronted the doctor. The only apology was for how late he was. My father had an appointment today and this character was 30 minutes late. My sister went looking for him and he was in the office talking to someone. She overheard “I now have to see a 92 year old patient (my father), I can’t help him and he probably doesn’t know where he is”. Well he is 100% wrong and totally inappropriate. He owes my father an apology and I won’t stop until he gets one. If not this so called doctor needs to be fired.

Diagnosed ( UROLOGIST)with pudendal neuralgia, urged to see neurologist. Saw Him on 11-9-22 he asked pertinent questions, Says I need emg, but he doesnt do that! Asked for a back MRI...

We are extremely satisfied with Dr. Schoeck and his treatment plan. He is down to earth and tries to make sure that we had the appropriate treatment going forward, thinking not only about the patient and his safety but our family needs also.

He is a fraud! I was admitted to a local hospital, he copied other doctors notes, came into my room for 2 minutes on my third day and actually told me my case was not neurological and left my room! I was admitted to hospital with a convulsions and they thought I was withdrawing from alcohol! When I got a copy of my medical records, he wrote lies, of consults x 3 days but never saw me! He just copied other doctors notes! He assumed I was a drunk and treated me like I was nothing! Guess what? My MRI showed I have hydrocephalus... read more

Excellent neurologist but had to stop seeing him because his staff was so rude. It's too bad.. because he is a very good doctor. I am seeing a new neurologist at MGH now and the staff at Mass General are outstanding . What a difference it makes.

Saw him for serious short-term memory problems and executive function skills. He proclaimed nothing wrong with my memory with a few tests which everyone knew was not true. I went to neurologist at Beth Israel memory clinic. Didn’t know what day it was for one of the tests, diagnosed immediately with MCI mild cognitive impairment and had an MRI which he would not order either. Said I had emotional trouble. Bad guess! I have a 50% chance of getting Alzheimer’s. Wow doctor.

Dr Schoeck listens, provides relief from pain while searching for a more permanent solution. He isn't afraid of insurance companies. He provides excellent care based on patient needs..a rare find!
