Dr. Spirig has performed 2 procedures on my husband - he cleaned out his artery in his left leg and just cleaned out his 95% clogged carotid artery. Both times his expertise in these procedures were/are amazing!! Everything happened exactly as Dr. S said it would and both times Jimmy came home the next day feeling GREAT. Dr. Spirig's "bedside manner" is just as perfect as his medical expertise. He made us feel extremely confident that everything would be okay and it was. Easy to talk to and he let's you know exactly what's going on! I'd definitely recommend him to anyone with a aneurysm or other vascular issues.
Not only is Dr. Spirig an AMAZING surgeon, his bed side manner is rare to find in Doctors these days. He treats with kindness, care, compassion, humor, and always remembers your face! Sometimes difficult to get appointment, but it's because he's just that good. Nurses and techs are great. Office staff is incompetent and makes careless mistakes...constantly. But sometimes you have to get through fire to the get to the very best, which Dr. Spirig is.

Dr.Spirig was pleasant and professional. He listened patiently and communicated clearly, and offered an alternative (non-"medical") treatment. I would highly recommend him.
