Warning do not go here! I dropped my white gold necklace off on Friday to get fixed bc my daughter accidentally snatched it off my neck. Thank god i took the diamond pendant off. I came to pick it up sat. It took them a while to "get it out of their safe," they claimed they were closing early. The lady told me the necklace and pendant was very nice and that i should consider buying a thicker necklace so it wont break again. Great, friendly, fair priced service. Brought my son's gold necklace with a broken link (and very tarnished) in on a Saturday morning - they had it fixed and cleaned looking brand new in about an hour. NOBODY does that...they all want you to drop it off despite the inconvenience to you. Thank you, Andreas!
