They are phenomenally great!!!! Great customer service as well as just generally pleasant to work with!!!!! I applaud those that actually care about the concerns or their consumers!!!!! BRAVO…. And to add, they genuinely care and are knowledgeable. So yeah, I’ve learned a thing or two by just giving them a chance outside of so many other jewelers that I’ve ran across throughout my path!!!! Great work and awesome folk!!!! ~Shakia 💕
Warning do not go here! I dropped my white gold necklace off on Friday to get fixed bc my daughter accidentally snatched it off my neck. Thank god i took the diamond pendant off. I came to pick it up sat. It took them a while to "get it out of their safe," they claimed they were closing early. After I left I noticed that the necklace was way longer then my original necklace! They was closed Sun... read more
Great, friendly, fair priced service. Brought my son's gold necklace with a broken link (and very tarnished) in on a Saturday morning - they had it fixed and cleaned looking brand new in about an hour. NOBODY does that...they all want you to drop it off despite the inconvenience to you. Thank you, Andreas!
Great service. I brought a chain for repairs and they did an excellent job.
