The absolute worst customer service I ever experienced. They don't work with you for anything if you have to cancel, even if it's a natural disaster. No refunds , no credits, no nothing. They lack compassion which is really important to have for good customer service.
This hotel does not stand by their vouchers and what is printed on them. I purchased two vouchers which clearly state that I can book via phone or email. I live off grid and don't have any phone service for months at a time. I do have internet when I am using the generator. I tried to book my room via email and they refused to book them except by phone. I explained that this is not possible for me and they are unwilling to work with me.
